Executive Chef, Jason Ward
A New England native, Chef Ward has spent his life cultivating his craft, learning the hospitality industry the old-fashioned way, from the bottom up. A graduate from Johnson and Wales University, Chef Ward has worked for numerous hotels including 4 diamond venues with Marriott and Renaissance Hotels across New England for the last twenty five years.
Chef Ward is a Certified Executive Chef in the American Culinary Federation as well as a member of Chaine des Rotisseurs and Les Amis d’ Escoffier Society. Ward is passionate about bringing his expertise with New England comfort foods to Florida and blending it with traditional Southern cooking styles while utilizing the best of what is local and fresh.
